  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, Chic Topix will cover the return shipping costs.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a trackable method.

  2. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
    If your return is denied, we will inform you of the reason and may offer the option to have the product returned to you at your expense.
